PISTON RANGE
The L-range of oil-free and oil lubricated
compressors are available in a number of product variants to match the exact
needs of a wide range of end users. They are available as standard “core”
units, with the possibility to add a number of standard options, giving the
flexibility to match the individual application requirements.
Block
The basic compressor block contains an air inlet
filter, stainless steel disc valves, graphite-coated aluminum pistons,
high-silicium aluminum cylinders, intercooler (2-stage units), aftercooler,
oil-level switch (3 cylinders), and a G-threaded outlet connection.
Power Pack
The basic power pack contains a compressor
block, an IEC/CSA/UL approved motor directly flanged to the block and pressure
switch or solenoid valve.
Base Mounted
The base mounted compressor contains an
IEC/CSA/ULl approved motor directly flanged to the block and mounted on a base
frame, installed with complete pressure and electrical regulation.
Receiver
Mounted
The receiver mounted unit contains an IEC/CSA/UL
approved motor directly flanged to the block and mounted on a CE, ASME, AS1210
or LLMOM approved receiver, installed with complete pressure and electrical
regulation.
Full Feature
The full feature unit contains an IEC/CSA/UL
approved motor directly flanged to the block and mounted on a CE, ASME, AS1210
or LLMOM approved receiver, installed with complete pressure and electrical
regulation.
Trolley Unit
The trolley unit contains a compressor block
directly flanged to an electric or petrol motor and mounted on a wheeled frame
with 2 integrated 8 litre receivers and special handles for easy
transportation. Additionally, a special regulating valve is installed for load-less
